This website is an independent marketing site providing general information about MABA Suitez, a prelaunch development by EXSIM Group of Companies in association with the Malaysian Basketball Association. It is operated by an independent, licensed real estate marketing representative and is not an official channel of the developer.
We collect only what you choose to give us: your name, phone number and email address when you submit the registration form, plus the content of any message you send us via WhatsApp or the form. We do not collect sensitive personal data, and we do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics scripts of our own on this site.
Your data may be shared with the project developer, EXSIM Group of Companies, and their authorised sales representatives, solely to process your registration of interest. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We keep your data only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry and provide project updates, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever is earlier.
This page loads web fonts from Google Fonts' servers, and location maps from Google Maps, which may log standard technical information such as your IP address, in accordance with Google's own privacy policy. No advertising cookies or third-party tracking scripts are set by this site itself.
